Back in Florence from Constantinople, Zanobi, celebrated as saint on May 25, became at the end of the fourth century bishop by the will of his own citizens, as Paolino da Milan, biographer of Ambrogio. A tireless work of promoting and defense of Christianity in the city, certainly inspired by the similar work of Sant ' Ambrogio, so that some call it The Apostle of Florence. Many Florentine artists have represented him, by the will of the customers, in the various altar shovels. There is an example of this Domenico Ghirlandaio that, in addition to an apotheosis of the saint in Palazzo Vecchio, portrays him kneeling on the left in the Holy conversation of the InJesuati, painted in tempera on panel, dating back to around 1484-1486 and preserved in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Good morning.

Psalm 23

 Psalm 23

Psalm 23 King James Version (KJV)

23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
